Glad to hear they are doing something about it Molly!

I've seen it first hand, and wouldn't want to deal with his crap. Not so much the food truck its self, but the maggot infested garbage, and cleaning it out into the street.

I'm hoping against hope that this is the end of the food truck. Seems like if you don't pay your fines to the city, they wouldn't give you permits and registrations and such? His van has a 3/19 inspection sticker...

Doubtful, usually one hand has no idea what the other is doing.

However, if more of you start calling, maybe they will start leaning on him. Like when hes cleaning put his truck into the street.

If people want live like this....they shouldnt have neighbors close by....its not fair to them (unless they decide to live the same way).
My life growin up was not what you called typical 40- 50 years ago...was raised by single parent (my mom).....she taught me how to cook, clean, be responsible.....because of our situation and me bein at a very very young age n she worked nights ..i am grateful she did what she did!
My mom grew up in the great depression n told me stories how rich kids used to throw ham sandwiches with one bite out them onto there porch....while the families main meal was rabbit, ground hog ,squirrel, n such....the BIGGEST THING SHE TAUGHT ME WAS...NO MATTER HOW POOR YOU ARE....IT DOESNT COST HARDLY A damm THING TO BE CLEAN N NEAT!
That statement has been with me my whole life....n i abide by it n im grateful i was taugbt that....CLEANLINESS IS NEXT TO GODLINESS......
    sorry for rant..:D

I got married late, I cleaned my own house.. my dad always taught a man should be able to cook food, wash dishes, clean his own clothes and keep his own house.

    I wanted a wife and a partner!
If I needed a maid and housekeeper. I better be making enough $$ to get one..

Somebody should taught this neighbor same IMO. Unless of course he got sick then you help out.

We grew up poor too as my folks came through the depression and being on the farm, it lasted a lot longer. But we always had food and we had plenty. I know because every time I would reach for seconds, they'd tell me I already had plenty.

I don't have neighbors, thankfully, but if I did have one that was bad, I suppose to get back I could always:

Burn my trash when the wind is blowing their direction

Uncap my headers and make passes down the road when they're sleeping

Invite my brother over with his AMAZING arsenal of guns and target shoot during their family events

Celebrate the 4th of July 365 days a year

Pee outside in plain sight anytime they have company

    Oh the possibilities...

That is b.s. I would not want a kid walking through that or someone's pet. Keep on the town until they resolve it.

Some people know how to ruin a neighborhood.
