    Good news is, he goes south (Chile) every winter for 4-5 months. Although any legal troubles could keep him local, I suppose.

    Yup, next thing you know they will be going around telling people he got a no contact order on you. At least that is what my bad neighbor is doing because he called the cops on me. Kinda funny though I didn't get served papers and he didn't file a complaint, but anyone that he can tell he is telling. :loco: :crazy: Coworker told him" I bet if your dog wasn't in his yard he wouldn't get mad, and before you talk big about non contact orders you better think about it, you are poking a mad badger that might just give you a good reason for a non contact order. " Bad neighbor shut up quick. :rofl: :lol:

    probably a bollard, you do lose sight of them sometimes if distracted. they are about that high/low as well.

    So this happened this morning... IMG_20181218_9764.jpg
    I was standing in my driveway when I took this. The truck driver said that they will be deployed around the perimeter, 10 feet in from the street. Really, what's the point, the food truck nailed his pickup when it was parked on the street. Food truck guy is spending the winter in Chile.
