Yes they are - verified by the lovely Marisa Tomei herself.

Ok, subtract 2 tenths of a second... for being mesmerized by Beauty. ;)

Dunno if Johnski is still checking in - suggest he contact Enviro customer service, was reading that on the (older) DC-2000 control boards, it was possible to change/set the default Auger On Time from (3) default to (2) seconds - if that's possible on the 3000(?) series board in his Meridian, that alone would likely solve the issue.

FWIW, the Ecoteck Francesca here has a (2) second Auger On Time, burning Softies.. And that works well here.

Mine has the DHC 4100 control board but thanks for the info. I will try contacting customer service on Monday and see if that is possible as that would likely solve the issue.

By the way, Welcome Johnski !! :)

Here's a link to the Enviro tech service manual.

    http://www.enviro.com/images/manuals-brochures/owners-manuals/C-12027 Instruction PELLET Service Manual.pdf

It covers the DHC series boards. Page 27 covers(towards the bottom) the feed trim settings for it. I will quote it below.

Hopefully your board has it and you can change the settings to help the over feed??

Yeah sorry. I didn't spend anytime on the computer this weekend.
One of the first things I tried was to turn the feed rate trim all the way down. I had been running it on three and a couple of hours after installing the new motor I kicked it down to 1. It did make a slite difference but I still thought it was running through more pellets then it should. That being said I can live with it I will just run it on a lower heat setting it wont be issue this time of year as we get closer to spring it might just roast me out of my house.

jtakeman thanks for the link to the manuel.
