    I do not, I probably bought it in 1997 or 1998. I think it was called "The Gooser", had the gooseneck ball at the top and a receiver hitch at the bottom. Try Googling "3 point gooseneck hitch" and you should find something close. I think it was around $225 - $250 back then.
