At what point do you start stacking?

I make 10 of these pallets and then split and stack 1 pallet @ a time. Like to be 3 years ahead on my wood.[IMG]

Thanks. As with most things I find ideas other guys do on the internet and use those. I figure why reinvent the wheel.

Today I scored 2 big/overloaded truckloads before the ground thawed,,they got tossed into the shed and will be split/stacked sometime next week.
It's not how I normally roll, but I was wore out by the time I got home with that 2nd load...1/2 of that one is still on the truck!!

    (just call me a slacker!!)

I'm just north of Indy, Westfield to be exact. Good to see another Hoosier on here.

All the talk about my stacks being too high is getting me nervous about the possible outcome...I've had dreams the last two nights that my stacks have fallen over. Oh well, if/when I'll just stack them again, part of the learning curve, I suppose.

Not new at all, rather smart, as it gives me more time to cut and split and it saves my back.
The wife likes to create "perfect stacks."
I say to her "have at it!" LOL
