Ash or norway maple?

    I don’t think it’s Ash. Ash doesn’t have a dark heartwood. Also the bark looks too dark.

    That’s what I figured. Ash was wishful thinking.

    i had Norway maple stacked for 2+ years that was still wet. And then another batch good to go in less than a year.

    might still get this stuff

    I'd get it. It's got more BTU's than ash. Although I'd get it if it were ash too.:yes:
