Oil kip Holy sheet! I forgot about those. I had those too. Also te classic red/ black nikes. I remember the laces over lapping made almost a checker board effect.
Only one of my friends had one. We never actually cut it, but tried our best to just destroy it otherwise.
Yup! Three positions for the heater control.....windshield, floor, off! I always left mine in the defrost position in case the control cable broke or jammed after the car sat outside in the -40f weather. At least I'd be able to drive it and see out the windshield...........if it started!! And nothing but an AM radio!
Hamm’s is still brewed here and consumed by some on a regular basis. I think it has been continually produced in St. Paul MN since it was first brewed in 1865. Our boys call it “the friendly beer.” I guess because it is cheap and easy to share with the buds. Remember this? This one is a few years before my time:
I remember watching this one with bear riding with the guy in the open jeep. These folks love their Hamm’s!
I remember the great cologne craze in high school. Hai Karate and Jade East come to mind. I can still picture the Aqua Velva Girl clear as day! Oh the fantasies. Also, anyone remember the pump up water rockets?
I remember one of the kids just HAD to have this transformer. Was a prized possession. I thought it turned into a fire truck though, but I could be misremembering.
