Arctic Blast/Major Snowstorm??

I got a minor coating of snow this morning. ...the salted! Yuck! ....5 miles down the road it is nothing.

 

Wife sent me out to do her shopping. We have this big shopping area that sits up on about the highest place around. The wind was twice there what is is anyplace else around here. So icy cold, it went right through my cloths. Thought I would freeze before I got into the store. I ended up going to 4 places to find everything on the list.
It is going to take a while to adjust to this change.

Same here, we have that warm up then another cold front next week.

We have just over .61 of a cord of shoulder season wood left, I'll be glad when we start burning the Cherry.

 

Watching it all melt, supposed to be in the upper 40s today. Can't hardly make sense of this weather.

 

The weather in New England never makes sense. We just roll with it.
Dipped down pretty good last night, below 20F. Somersets in the hoppa heeeya.

 

Just under 1.8 cord (not face) I was hoping it would last through the end of November. I'm not sure if I posted this, but we heat from the basement.

 

We don't have much wind at all today, we'll see what this next system brings in.

It looks like the winds will pick up on Sunday night in our area, we will see in another day how high they will get.

 

Supposed to be a lot of rain here this weekend, I will have to put the top covers back on tonight.

 

I guess it's time we push in some better wood for this cold front, the last cold front we had, the only wood we had in was pine & hemlock.
