 Your post made me dizzy Pete. Is it the hardware or the browser?

Its the Hardware CG Android by itself is actually very nice. The cheap tablets are built like crap so vendors can sell a lot of them fast.

If u can live with it just to have mobile web and a tablet, that's why they make cheap ones. There are millions who want mobile net but don't have cash for galexy or I pads.

Just sign into the site, then create a shortcut to this site. You will end up with an app that you name and that is all you need.

Its not an app though. It still runs slower cause it loads the whole site. That's why apps are popular there way faster and designed for phones.

I have a shortcut just like you say for this site. It still runs WAY slower than an app I have for "somewhere else " on the web that runs tapatalk. Or a tractor site I use that uses forum runner, its faster aswell. And I know its the fact I am doing all this on the same device!!

I just got the the Nexus 7 with my google fiber sign up. I like it to so far. Except Chrome won't come up any more, surfing this site and it quit. Must have been too much for it to handle.... .... But I've got the Samsung galaxy, and really hate that thing. It's just seems awkward.

I haven't had any problems with chrome, or any thing.
They had a deal at best buy for a free Samsung Galaxy S4 phone I was Eligible for an upgrade so I Ended up getting a new phone also, It only cost the $30 activation fee.
I like the phone it has a 13 megapixel camera.
This tablet takes ok pictures in daylight, But probably never use it much at all

Just about any forum could be on TapaTalk. It requires installing a plug-in on the server that adapts TT to our forum software. Trouble is, it gives TT pretty much full access to the site and creates a lot of security issues. I wouldn't mind having it myself but the more I read about the risks, the more convinced I become that it's not worth it. I think the forum software we have does a pretty good job of adapting itself to the mobile format but it's still not quite as lean and fast as TapaTalk would be.

Here is what Tap a Talk said about getting this forum onto tap a talk for free.

We would like to have firewoodhoardersclub.com available on Tapatalk. There is no cost to the Forum Owner to make their Forum available on Tapatalk, and with Tapatalk, Forum Owners report increased posts/active users and Tapatalk can help new members discover the forum.

It takes about 15 minutes to install the plug-in to the forum software. The Plug-In and installation instructions for XenForo forums can be found at http://tapatalk.com/activate_tapatalk.php?plugin=xnf
