Thanks Pete, Forgot those and The chow is the best I'm seeing in my local stores.

TSC has a few new stacks, But haven't been there to see if they are Liggies or Hamer TSC filled bags. Most likely they are MWP though. All we have seen so far.

Tripple A, Also check this thread where we've figured out what mill has bagged the TSC branded bags!!

Stay away from Pennington. . :(

As Jay said, you want the best pellet for the money. That furnace will burn rocks, dirt, and dog food.. ;) But feed it the best yiu can and you won't have to run it as hard (or clean it as often). :D

Actually, if anyone sees Pennington's please post a pic of the UPC on the bag. I'm somewhat curious to see who is bagging them.

Woodpellets.com is the only online place I know of. Brands very by region. Prices? Well, can be high depending. They have also start to stop serving some area's in CT......

Lots of good pellet houses, But we are in the rush of things now, Many will ask you call first as some brands are Out of stock. Plus prices are higher at them this time of season. You need to shop them in the spring to get any type of deal from a pellet house. After September the prices slowly climb with them. Peak is around February!

Again, Best deals are at the box stores right now, Approx $250 per ton. If you if you look around. You find some of the decent brands we mentioned.

I have 6 ton of Presto-Logs in the bunker! If they are cheap, they are a good pellet.

What are the prices on all of those listed? The Blazers get good reviews as well.

Where do you live? Are those pellets in store or on their website?

Lawn mower and other equipment might spend the winter in a snow bank!! ;)

Don't feel bad, I started my first pellet season with pellets but no stove. The year Harman had delivery shortfalls.

I was gonna suggest the above so now I don't have to. You might only need the Fahrenheit furnace to warm your house, I still say your existing ducts will do the trick. You could hook up the cold air return at a later time.

Price is $239 a ton plus tax

Sorry guys it was HD but I called and they are out of stock. Where in CT are you guys?
Lowes near me has Maine pellets, not sure if they are any good but everyone else is out of stock already. I never would have though wood pellets are just as hard to find as ammo.

Yeah I am just gonna either find a damper or use a solid sheet of metal and manually remove it, IF I need to run the oil eater :bug:. I don't plan on leaving the oil tstat on anyways if this furnace heats the house.

I do want to know how to average how many tons I'll need if I run only the Endurance this winter?

At times... Ammo is easier to find.

    Good luck with your search.
