simply because they cant figure out how to use them and with batteries they wont get their hands dirty?? I have several colemans lanterns and 2 stoves 2burner and 3 burner like them a lot

I’m hoping to score a Coleman this weekend. The Nebraska junk jaunt is going on. It’s about a 300 mile loop of garage sales and flea markets in every town on the loop and all the ones inside the loop as well
I had a Coleman central furnace, it was propane. The thing worked great if you could afford the fuel in which I couldn’t. Had an electric one put in, works ok for a backup to my wood stove. I would have saved it if I had known so many people were into Coleman stuff.

Hey J. Dirt those little stoves work great and you got a steal on that one! They made a heater attachment for them that clip on top. It looked like an overturned coffee can painted black. They worked well but you had to be aware because they got very hot. Mine is lost in the sands of time. I still have the combination stove carrier/pot/fry pan. It works ok also but anything you cook up has a faint taste of aromatic naphtha Coleman fuel from the stove stored in side!
I picked one up for if I remember right $15, and in a little better paint shape but has some burn time on it.
Just got these today from my mom. They belonged to her late husband. They were put back a while ago and I forgot about them. When we were visiting her today she asked if I still wanted those lanterns. Umm, yeah This one is a 200a made in 12 of 55 needs a globe. Should clean up good. also a 200a made in 8 of 51 should clean up well also. Did they make them with a red top and green tank? Or has it been messed with? I’m thinking I’ve seen them before like that. Also has brass colored fuel cap, I’m guessing that’s been replaced. and a heater made in 3 of 67. Don’t know much about the heaters, can’t see a model number but looks pretty good and should clean up nice
Those are sooo cool. My buddy has one that belonged to his grandfather. His was made in the 40s, can’t remember what year exactly. It should be stamped on the bottom.
It’s not a Coleman, but kinda along the same lines. Don’t look like it’s ever been lit. Found it in the basement when we bought the house
Thanks Sandhillbille I remember when I was a boy this stove was at our home,never was used as I remember don't know if my dad bought it or what but I always liked it and close to 70yrs old still have it!Today after splitting some wood ,I cleaned it up,going to get some fuel and fire it up when I get a chance! There is a B46 under the Coleman name near the bottom,do you think that could be the date?
