Nope, Thank God! Poor folks just bought it, sailed it down from NY, got into trouble off shore, got to close to shore, hit the rocks and sank. She is tooth picks now, part of my job was with the Haz-mat situation removal. Beautiful boat, built 1955, very inexperienced people on it, shouldn't have left NY in "my opinion" now they are spending their Christmas, homeless, pennyless, and no where to go. They had a dream to sail to the caribbean, sold everything and ventured out. Seen it many times in my line of work, it's a shame but usually the outcome. "The sea shall have no mercy to the witless and unprepeared, ignorance is not an option"
My bet is no equipment is allowed in a creek. We did our creek & river work in the winter. If these temperatures hold, you may be able to walk on water & make short work of it. If stays cold does the water level go down? Does it ever freeze over?
Wh Certain areas freeze over, I'm not sure on this part of the brook but since I never delete any pics, I'll see if I have any.

The thing with that is, Mother nature will take care of that "QUICK" , that boat is all ready gone and in 3 @ 30yrd dumpsters . It's the pollution recovery I'm involved with dealing with 200+ gals of diesel, oil, cleaners, paint, etc… washed up on beach/bird sanctary
That sucks, was this caused by the storm? If it was, I'll never understand why people leave when a storm is coming in.
Somewhat, but we didn't get it as bad as you folks, and frankly, stupidity and inexperience caused it! It kind of like buying an airplane then sitting behind the controls with out a clue "or training" on how to fly it, Pretty much sums it up.
