Any audiophile types...or (like me) just wannabees?

Didnt get to read everything but wonder if my ht setup counts. Denon receiver 3 matching ascend acoustic front sound stage and ascends bookshelves as the rears. The balls of the setup is a hsu research vtf mk3 15" woofer behind the couch. Movies are awesome and have pushed the fronts in stereo mode filling the entire house and sounds great with music

 

I've been into audio in one way or another for years, I've done quite a bit of live production in the past and currently work for an AV integrator but most of the audio on that side is limited to ceiling speakers but occasionally I get to play with some fun stuff. On the personal side I enjoy building speakers and built a theater in our basement, low dollar stuff but it's pretty impressive IMO. I'm actually collecting parts to build new left right and center channels based on a modified econowave design, I'll have to post some pics when that gets moving.
