Had to take a buddy to the hospital for hernia surgery. Saw a couple signs down. I think I figured out the thump I heard. Looks like we will need a new grill.
Just took a walk down the road in woods and a nice red maple and cherry came down. I can get the truck down the old logging road right to em. I'll wait till tommorow.
I went for a walk in the woods despite the gusts but there's nothing new down where I looked. Just a few branch tips here and there. Trees sure were moving around though. I thought we had a tiny flurry of snow overnight but with closer examination it was hail or little tiny snowy pellets . They wren't ice balls. The sun was destroying them PDQ. I have one window that is whistling with some of the stronger gusts. Lots of small power outages more towards the center of the state. Not too bad here.
I've looked over 1/2 mile of tree lines.. Some branches no trees Last Halloween 87 mph wind must have got the weak ones!
