Because I feel that they are slow cutting, I didn’t realize they were low kickback chains when I bought them. I thought maybe I would use them cutting Osage but I just keep grabbing my full chisel chains.

    For Sale - 3/8” x .050” x 66dl chains

I didn’t list my 60dl chains they have been some.

yeah, they probably don't cut as fast as a full chisel. How do they hold up though?

I'm actually intrigued by those Husky X-Cut ones now. :)

They held up ok, I didn’t notice much difference between the DuraCut & Stihl semi-chisel for cutter staying sharp.

All the reports I have read & heard about on that Husky X83 have been great, most said it’s got a funky grind on it from the factory but cuts fast & smooth.

Makes sense. Oregon has always had softer cutters compared to Stihl.

How bout this new Husqvarna chain some of you folks are talking about. How is it to sharpen in comparison to Oregon & Stihl?

I haven't noticed any difference in sharpening (ease or difficulty) with the C83 chain as compared to the oregon chain I was running on my poulan pro. What I really like is the gold colored strap that shows me the start of the chain. No more marking up with a sharpie!!
