Over this past week we've received just a tad over a foot of snow and I've had to sit on the sidelines... This morning, more snow. To my surprise, the surgeon called and as we talked, I mentioned that I'd really like to try plowing snow. He gave me the go-ahead! Hooray! So finally after almost 4 weeks I was able to do something constructive this morning. Yes, it tired me but it was the hardest on my back. No, I did not do all the plowing but just what I could handle before I got too tired or sore. More word too on the ct scan I had yesterday. It looked the same as it did a week earlier. Continue anti-biotics and rest. Another scan in 2 weeks. Said to expect another 2 weeks or more before healing and less discomfort so not too bad.
Back in the saddle again! That's great, and I'm glad you are plowing recreationally and not overdoing it. And it sounds like you are slowly healing. No splitting for me today, the sun isn't out, and various muscle groups are making themselves known from yesterday.
Sounds like you're doing pretty well with the docs orders Dennis... and plowing was good for the head... ... you're getting there.
How did the new Kubota do plowing? Glad to hear you are allowed to start moving around! Don't over do it!
Nah........no Bota. Judy just put some harness on him and hooked him to a plow.......................
Glad that the ornery one is finally getting some work outta you after all these years! Let me re-phrase that. I'm glad that you are able to do some work around your place now! Please continue to take it easy, right?
Awesome Backwoods Savage , glad you were able to get to plowing!! You are an amazingly strong man!! Although I must say, tread lightly until you are fully healed
