    My dad always tells me the story of how his great uncle used to go to war with ground hogs. He'd sit in the shade under a tree here on the farm, smoke his pipe, rifle in his hand and just wait for em. Eventually they'd pop back out and he was ready. :smoke:

    I've used that tactic and it works great! Only i sat in the shop with the window cracked and a barrel sittin on the sill.

    I like to trap the bunny rabbits in the havahart trap, then put them in the havameal pot.
    Lately they have avoided my garden--guess the relatives were watching.
