The thing that put me over the top in buying a harman was that amazing burn pot design. Done deal when I saw that

I recognize and appreciate your rebelliousness and would like to up the ante. Not only do I have the feed rate wrong AND don't have an OAK, but sometimes I've been known to turn the temp dial way up and then move the feed rate knob to various settings for intervals JUST to see how much heat this bad boy will produce at max heat demand at a given feed rate setting. Gotta play, don't we?

yea...lol....feed rate 6, stove temp all the way up......a beautiful site......burning those pellets!

I know a guy who keeps his rate on 6.....argument is basically that he wants the thing to crank if it has to.....if set on 4, he limits himself to 40 secs/minute, sooooooo.....

kinda makes a bit of sense....and us pellet sellers love it when you guys burn 'em! Hey....53 degrees last night......(evil laugh) :sir::makeitrain"
