Well crud, I didn't get a chance to revise my guess today, until now...too little too late, but based on the calcs I was using last night, revised to reflect the smaller diameter butts on the top 2 logs (didn't realize that the top 2 were just the top half of 2 of the bottom logs) would have put me at 10,671 lbs net.
