Do you guys use ammoseek? Yeah, credit cards and tracking and all that stuff... but... I have found a lot of good deals.
45-70 is almost back to pre-covid prices and I was seeing 1.40 a round for buckshot and .40 for 7.5 and 8 shot.

yep most pricing is still insane- $ 22.xx for a box of 20 165gr sp 308 that's an import. All the domestic made stuff is $40+ for 20 rnd box. Can't remember where I put them last year so I wouldn't lose them- ya right. If I would get my tail in gear a set up my tools it would be a moot point (reload my own). Course It likely dosen't matter as I haven't seen hide nor hair of Bambi in 3 weeks.

I found 2 boxes of the Hornady .308 I used for deer season for $29.99. I haven't seen any on the shelf for 2-3 years before that. Made my day.

Yep, it's all relative as to how much you have, how bad you need what you have/ don't have, and how long has it been since you last saw any..... Hmmm...sounds like something else in life, doesn't it??

Thanks for the offer but I'm all set for the next 5 or so years. Just trying to replace what I burn during the year.

I notice this is more and more the "good" habit or routine to get into when you do the range and shoot several boxes or bricks depending on what it was and go buy the respective replacement of the ammo. Only hoping that the cost of that eases up a little so it's not so dang painful for many. For some money is an object...ammo is nice to have, it's an interesting expense.

Ammo is one of the few things we have cheaper than you guys, and we seem to have plenty of it on the shelves.

Just bought 5 boxes of the Federal 20Ga slugs for a friend locally for under $8/box.

On sale and in stock this week at Cabela's Canada for under $35

I had been sorting through my ammo. Thought I 'lost' some but really I placed it elsewhere in a bin and somewhat lost count. When I saw these it's a reflection of today and then the Winchester box on the far right is likely when my father or grandfather last bought ammo.
