One of many great photos from one of my favorite family vacations, if not the favorite. Maine coast. This was a small bay as the tide came in. The ripple is from a group of Otters that cruised through and were shortly thereafter hounded by a pair of Bald Eagles. Not sure the attempts on the Otters were for real or just to bust their chops.
What, is it cold in PA today?? My rearend was in a tree this morning. Said 15 on the thermo when I came in, and the winds are whippin at 20 easy, straight out of PA. Removed a glove for about 2 minutes; one word- pain. Stupid deer hunters.
Yea chilly here today Was 3° here for the last 12 hours. And now jumped up to a balmy 9° with a 12 mph winds Pa doesn't get many days in the single digits or below 0 Usually only a couple weeks. Good day to drink coffee and sit in front of the wood stove Lol
Is this every year as per usual seasonal wildflowers or part of this year's El Nino desert bloom extravaganza ?
If we get lots of rain and snow and we usually do, we'll get the wildflowers....... El Nino does help things for sure........ Sorry about the quality of the pictures the sun was directly overhead.
