I have had 2 aluminum trailers. My first was a single axle 6x12 3000lb single axle, and now have a 6.5x18 7000 lb tandem. My use of both trailers has been moving equipment-tractors, mowers, UTV, ATV, a car once or twice. I haven't used them for wood. I had the first trailer for 11 years and just passed 10 years on the second. I have been very happy with mine for my uses. I bought the first one for $1800 and sold it for $1600 to the first buyer.
