All y'all is pretty common when referring to multiple people or a group where there there listening or the person addressed is one in said group.

Example: All y'all that think this is a strange saying need to come to the rural south!!!

Big cities get diluted more and more each year with imports from where ever. I really dont have an accent so most southerners say. But yankees think I do..not sure if its speech pattern or sayings used? I grew up in the city with parents with little or no accent so I never picked up one. But I work every day with people that talk like shelby the swamp man and those other dead head loggers on ax men!!
