    Small problem - decided to sell house- 30 cord on the lot- this isn't going to be fun. All hardwood most of it 4-5 + years of drying. Definitely taking the the upper btu items with me, worth more to me than what I can get price wise.

    I have the same problem. Bought a new house. I have about 28 cords to move. Its a great problem to have.
