No, for sure you are not alone and around here, all the neighbors already know I'm more than a bit off. And I have no problem admiring my own wood. Funny that just yesterday I was in back (near lots of the wood piles) and was walking back to the atv when I had to stop. I saw a large cat walking by one big wood pile and right behind the cat was a deer. Neither paid me any attention. Perhaps they like to admire it too?
FWHA requires you to admit there is a problem. Then you can start the recovery steps of burning this coming winter and prove there’s not a really a problem as it all needs replacing.
This place is already starting to buzz a little more....kinda like the honeybees getting their winter stores ready!
Definitely not the only one. The other thing I like to do is just smell the aroma as I am sitting there taking it all in, admiring the different smells of different species that I have stacked. Mmmmmmm!
