Good find. It's amazing what you can do with a tractor like that :)

Man, I'm looking at the wrong color. This is what $14000 gets somebody. Not me! I don't know what this guy thinks he has, looks like it just had a 5 gallon overhaul done to it. Congrats on the tractor!

Jeebus....you didn't even pay what the loader would go for here. What a deal!

Tell your dad that I have a suitcase full of cash for him to shop with if he can find me some deals like that!

Bret Hart Do you have that manual for the 3450 in pdf file? If you do and don't mind emailing it to me that would be great! It looks like they're very similar machines.

Send that suitcase on over!! ;) Seriously though dad stumbles across stuff like this all the time. He see's something sitting in someones yard, he aint afraid to pull in and ask about it.

Well after tearing half of the tractor apart just to get to the top of the transmission, I figured out the shifting issue (was stuck in 3rd or 4th gear). Good news is it's just a broken roll pin inside the top cover that connects the linkage rod to the gear selectors. Nothing internal

Got it back together after lunch and went right to work! I back drug the driveway a filled some low spots. Transmission shifts perfectly and each gear locks in just fine. Clutch is nice and tight too

Only downfall of the day is the front passenger axle seal started leaking :picard:. That's two axle seals now lol

Alright I'll up the anty $1650 and 2 thirty packs of beer your choice. Well as long as there PBR or something of that class. Nice find. I got an uncle that comes across deals like that. Only problem is he is a wheeler dealer and wants everyone else to pay a premium (even family sometimes).

    Too rich for my blood.

Great looking tractor and I'm sure you will get a lot of good use out of it. My dad can find great deals like that, and has no problem passing it along but I tend to strike out.
