    From my (one time) meeting of Dave, land & backhoe's can come & go, but his stoves are an entirely different "bracket"!:D
    You know it already Dave, but you'll love it in NH. :thumbs:

    I think my inlaws had it right. When they got to a certain point they sold or gave to the kids anything big or of sentimental value. Then they moved into a section 8 efficiency apartment.
    When ol' Pop passed a few years ago we had his place empty and clean in one day. Two pickup trucks, a trailer, and it was done.
    He just kept what he needed, until he didn't.
    I still miss the old man, though.
    My own Dad's headed downhill now, and I just dread it.
