Stacking to follow... First chance to unleash my freshly ported MS261cm on a nice red oak, 30+ ft long 12-14" diameter. The tree had been down, but suspended off the ground on two boulders for about 2 yrs. Sapwood was rotten but, the heartwood was perfect. Split it all by hand.
Saw was really amazing. Cut that oak like butter. I had my ported MS461 ready to go, but never needed it. I was done before I knew it. Saw only has about 1/2 dozen tanks threw it so far and the M-tronic will have to get used to the porting, so, it may have more left in it.
7 pin sprocket, 16", 0.325, 0.050 bar and RS chain. I've got a 20" bar and chains, too, but haven't gotten to try them out yet.
It will handle a much longer B&C and 3/8 ptich if you want/need it. I just put a 16" on it when I bought it since I already had 20, 24 and 32" bars for my 361 and 461 powerheads.

Take my opinion with a grain of salt. I'm no pro and the only saws I can compare it too is my old MS260 and this MS261CM stock. Today was less than a full tank of gas and less than and hour of cutting. There seems to be a lot of excellent 50cc saws out there and I definitely haven't tried them.
