Here are some pix from a small wood ministry project from this morning. We are a very small church, so this turn out was great for us.

Pay it forward, and to God be the glory!

This project is not only helping out multiple elderly with additional firewood, but also helping out the family that is getting dead or dying trees out of the yard.

I must admit some of the pix I got from others and aren't as clear as FHC normally dictates, but I'm sure that you guys and gals will enjoy nonetheless.

T.Jeff Veal , I remember you asking for these, so here you go buddy.

I also notice now that there are at least 1 pickup and two dump truck loads missing from my pix.

All of the pix of piles and splits are after all of the trucks were loaded. So, there will hopefully be a day 2 at some point.

Enjoy the pix, and I encourage you all to pay it forward. Being able to give is such a blessing!

Unfortunately there is no witty story behind the sprayer, as I have no idea. :jaw:

I believe that it just happened to be in one of the trucks.

Haha, yea I have been there. Take out all kinds of random stuff out of the truck to load wood then put it back in later.

I like that wood box in the back of the pickup that holds the gas, oil and two saws.

Good for you brother! God gives us all gifts/talents we can use to show others his love. “Well done my good & faithful servant “ came to mind when I saw your pictures. God Bless you folks!

That is a great thing; makes many of us happy. I'd like to see more of that done.

Thanks for the kind words everyone. They are much appreciated. We were just getting into the Christmas spirit a little early.

It has been said on this forum many times that firewood warms you multiple times, not just in the burning. I agree, and would add this. The blessing of being able to give wood to others that need it warms the heart in a way that burning that same wood never could.

clemsonfor, here are some more pix of that box that you mentioned. I made it from reclaimed 5/4 decking boards. It saves chains and bumper spikes from puncturing gas cans and bar oil jugs!
