In a past life I used to drive heavy duty tow trucks. One of our accounts was the leasing company that had Thomas'& one of their sister bakeries. Drivers used to pretty much tell us to have at it in the back of the panel vans when we would tow them after they offloaded what they would sell in the stores. Whatever product that was left in there wouldnt end up being sold anyway, only way I would get most of that stuff.
We use Adams peanut butter. no salt, no sugar and no extra oil. Just peanut butter - either creamy or crunchy. When you buy it, the peanut oil has risen to the top so I empty the jar in a bowl, mix it until it is all combined and then put it back in the jar and in the fridge.
This thread has had me remembering, I used to live about 1/4 of a mile from the Teddy Peanut Butter factory, and about 1/2 mile from New England Coffee's plant. Depending on which way the wind was blowing I would either smell peanut butter, or roasting coffee anytime I was working outside.
Oh my. That would push me over the edge... I worked at the Latrobe brewery a few years ago, could smell stale beer all day. Almost made me want to quit drinking beer
Most don't know what Poutine is ( sometimes pronounced pootzin) It is yummy. But I'm sure my heart doctor would not approve of it!!!
And to add to Butcher's dilemma, I ask y'all this- Yellow mustard or another style mustard? Disclaimer: if'n any y'all say "yahller" mustard.... immediate revocation of said Man Card!
