    You can get it out. You have the advantage of being able to put that part under a bench drill. I always make a big, deep centre punch mark before I start drilling, to stop the drill from wandering about. The chap in this video doesn't bother.

    Agree. That's almost as good as it gets for working a broken screw. Only having a nubb sticking up would be better. I'd drill it, hit it with propane torch to loosen the locktite and put a square extractor in there. Should come right out.
