As long it gets my pinched saw out, it's fine. :headbang:

I'd run it with Seafoam in the gas, perhaps a little heavier mix than usual.

If you suspect that the carb is crudded up , pull the carb and rebuild it . It’s probably needing a bit of TLC given that the saw appears to have a decent amount of run time on it . At the very least , pull the pump side ,and check the filter screen . Bet it has a lot of wood fiber in it ...

I’d agree. Somewhat finicky to tune, could be a slight restriction in fuel due to this.

 :rofl: :rofl:  Yeah, I had to ask! I looked at my Stihl's and said to myself, "Na" this just "Can't be "THAT BAD". Well, I guess it was! One for the books. Hey, I'll get'r fixed up and back to order in time! I was looking at parts this morning, does anyone have a guess the year??? I'm sure they are much the same clutch? Oh, for the record, I don't have the vacuum tester but I do have a compression tester. It has very good compression.

If you can’t read the serial number, pull some of the plastic and look for the manufacturer time stamp
It’ll look like a clock about 3/8 in diameter and have stamp indication of the month possibly a year in the middle, 02 for example

The more it sits (or gets run) with the Startron in it, the better it will get. Still might need to tweak the adjustment screws though...

get some mechanic in a bottle, follow the directions on it.
Can't hurt before rebuilding/replacing the carb. It either will work or won't.
I love my 350's haven't really had to do much to them. replaced oiler on the one. Never had to mess with the muffler bolts.
Plastic intake is good so far but I know they are a trouble area on these.

So I just got finished cutting the grass! "Yes"! April 2nd and I'm gonna go figure out a few things with the saw. But I think my friend may be going a little :loco:  He said to me, (That was the original chain). Well, by looking at the 100 sharpenings on it  and the way that clutch looks, He's losing his marbles! In fact, That "can't possibly" be the original bar either. It had some ridge on the bottom I filed out but there is seemingly no wear and very little paint gone. Well, I'm gonna blame it on, "he just forgot". I hope I'm not that bad at 67. :p:drunk: Either way, I'll have some more to post later...

Well, I'm no husky mechanic and Thank you all for the help! It came apart fairly easy. It would be in my best interest to get everything including the bearing. Am I correct here?

Yes, get a new drum AND bearing, they’re often sold together. Never seen a spur sprocket worn that bad

Just as well take a closer look at the worm gear for the oil pump while you’re right there also
