    Lefty here.

Us lefties use a chainsaw like you righties - We hold it by the handle and the top. pull trigger and cut.

I have on rare occasions i have switched hands to cut. Is it tough on you lefties when you have to use something designed for righties?

I swap it around, as needed. Not a big deal. I pull start with my left hand. Sometime I keep my right on the trigger. Other times, it's my left.

Same here. Its rare but sometimes you dont have a choice. Have you tried using a scrap piece of plywood or framing lumber under the rock to save your chain? Ill do this sometimes if a trunk is close to or on the ground. Ive even pounded it through with the sledge or maul.

Chopping away at this free wood. Awesome boiler wood for Joe. Saving some cherry and hickory for my indoor bbq, rare to see hickory this good after sitting three years in log form. They split some of the pine chunks huge and dried really nice, most are in yesterday’s pic. Of course Kamo popped his head out of the truck for his fans ( his words not mine) Have a great day kids F03AA9FF-2A54-4915-B4F2-7CBC34565E98.jpeg 690DE0A2-79CF-44C9-9C73-D13CF24859DF.jpeg
