A Christmas Blizzard for some of the Club

Good blizzard-ish here in central NE for me. Only a couple inches of snow so far, but blowing 25-30 so a mess. Ice underneath as well. supposed to pick up from now till after dark so maybe 4-6 total. That’s a decent snow for us.

Thanks Jim, always nice to be appreciated. No trouble getting home and was able to run 50-65MPH unless we got behind others. I think Greeley had 4-6" when we left, but with the wind it's always hard to tell. Talked to my mom and she said it started up again, heavy, so glad we got out when we did. Omaha only got an inch or so and streets, driveways, and sidewalks are mostly clear.
Working on getting caught up on other news that I missed over the weekend.

 

Been snowing here since you made your post....Only have a bout 2-3 inches. no blizzard, just constant light snow and a bit windy, burning ash and a bit of Oak as a night cap.....

 

8:30 pm and blizzard is going strong again. Hard to tell with this wind but I’m sure we’ve gotta be around the 10” mark. Maybe quite a bit more. Radar shows it gonna carry on for awhile.
There’s gotta be some pretty big drifts in the country by now.
I’m sure glad I restocked the wood by the stove last week.
