    Any idea the year/era it was made?

    Thinking back I'm pretty sure my late uncle had the same saw. I recall him using it in the early/mid 1980's.
    Same uncle who gave me my first Stihl (028) in 1985.

    Once I get it I’d love to find out the exact year myself. But I believe that it’s probably from the 80s anyway. I’ve seen enough people tinkering with them on here to know that they’re a totally different animal than the Poulans of today.

    Does that saw have a chain break? If it does, wouldn't it be a later 1980's saw? The first saw I bought back in the early 80's was a Homelite and it did not have a chain break.
