    I figured that out. That's what you get now when you order a 7900 jug. I guess they're just buying one cylinder for them now. I do like the new black covers.

    I looked at your 7910 thread last night after I found the part number was a 7910. I'm sure that stopped up muffler was hurting it.

    Looking at about a 12.5sec stock vs a ~9.5 ported...
    Pretty good gain for a 7900..

    Yeah I think it averaged out to 12.75 and 9.65 or something real close. About 3 seconds pretty much.

    The key is for location, the taper holds it. Bad fitting taper shears key every time.

    That's why I use the cordless impact... Have not had one slip since using it...
    Ruined 2 shaved keys prior to that..

    Which cordless impact ?
    I have to use the lowest of the 3 settings on my Metabo 1/2" cordless impact ............... and that setting cracked an Echo flywheel last summer on me !

    There is a feel for it .............. too tight and you wont hear or feel anything, but you will see that crack and then your day is ruined

    Just a dewalt 20v impact driver... It's low power..
    I don't think it could crack a smile...
