Great deal. I think the hours were inflated by the owner leaving the key on. The high hours and dead battery scream that the key was left on a number of times. ZTHD has the zt-3100 fully serviceable drives like I got on my Kubota I picked up a couple of weeks ago. That's a Kawasaki v twin. Check under the cowling as those like to get clippings and such stuck and then they overheat many times causing valve guide walk out and then low to no compression. That's definitely not a 2017 or newer, as it's the old body/ chassis style Gravely. For $500, even if it actually has 2700 hrs on it, it's hard to go wrong. How are the drives do they both drive straight when at full speed? Any leaks? How is the color of the hydro fluid? Any idea when they were last serviced?

I don’t want to assume…I have a feeling those spindles will be ok. Worse case, they may need a bit of grease.

I had an older (1980’s) Bunton walk behind that I bought around 2005 that had the original spindles. They eventually crapped out, but had A LOT of hours on them.
