Your welcome, glad to have something to offer :).
Besides, I really like the "underdog" saws, great deals and at the end of the day they are everything a firewood cutter needs. The 555, and the 365xt the newest of them, this is something stihl is missing in their lineup.

Underdog saws you say... Get yourself a Husky 365 Special and send it to Mdavlee to mod. Unreal performance.

    Exactly.
    I sold my 2165 last summer ;).
They are great saws stock, and even better with a little work done on them.

M2theB I know someone selling a 562(for $600). He's also able to port it for an extra fee. If you're interested I could tag and invite him to the thread.

IMG_3786.JPG Found myself at the local shop getting a helicoil for a muffler bolt hole on the 353 this morning. And an unsolicited but needed tutorial on chain sharpening.
Walked out 45 minutes later a little smarter and a little poorer. I pulled the trigger on the 562Xp.
First cut was 18" ash stump. Incredible difference between that and the 353 in need of love. I expected that, and I wasn't disappointed. Then tried it on this swamp maple. Lots of fun!
I was a little apprehensive about a heavier, stronger machine but that went away inches into the ash stump.
It's early yet with many hours ahead for this one, but out of the gate, it's impressive.
