    I jumped on the multi year plan very early, as in before I had a wood stove in my house! So it’s all I’ve known. A friend shared with me that the local orchards sold permits for $1 to cut all you want. I ended up w/ 16 cord of apple in no time. After that, it was game on.
    Having grown up in a house that burned firewood, I never was taught a lot because I don’t think my father knew much about it. He never hoarded, and rarely more than a seasons worth. He’d seek out dead wood and burn it almost right away. Now all these years later, I’m educating and advising him on when to burn the wood I get for them. Funny how that worked. I learned almost everything I know here.

    I’ve been a part of many a forum in my day(even co-admin one), but FHC is different. What y’all do to keep it this way is what I/we thank you for. I come here for firewood and some saw talk, and that’s what I get, in a quality setting/format.

    Well, when we have the polar flip and the vortex zenith is upside down, maybe we won't need a three year plan, The frozen wooly mammoth will come back out of hibernation and the yakasourous will not eat plants no more then maybe... Never mind, I gotta go get a pill and a Beer....:loco: :crazy: o_O:p Wait; didn't someone say we'll all be dead in 12 years... :jaw::eek: Oh my, the sky is falling... :startled: 3 year plan, whats that? :confused: Never mind the guy behind the curtain ............... :picard:
