    =The $5 shipping is what makes it attractive. That's dirt cheap to ship. My local saw shop gets $20 a loop+tax for the stuff, pretty bad when they have to mark up chain like that.

    There are 1640 DLs in a 100' roll of 3/8" chain, which will create 22.77 loops. At $13.39 per loop their cost is $304.89. Search what a 100' roll costs, they are getting virtually nothing for their effort of spinning up loops.

    The price matches close to many on line places in the $13+/- range but the $5 shipping for up to 5 loops worked for me. Most of those other places with loops near $13 had a $5 or so per loop. Now I just need to watch for the package to arrive. RJames thanks for the heads up. My new Husky 555 needed a few spare loops and this got me there with 5 loops on the way.
