22 Ton, 25 Ton or 37 Ton....is there really a difference??

    Every time I moved my splitter by hand, I wonder how our ancestor soldiers moved cannon by hand through the wilderness.

    mine of those trailer dollies might be the trick for getting it out of my shop to the wood lot, which is a short distance.

    my 30 ton is good. Got it on a great sale, but it is heavy

    Average Joe home owner here, after a lot of research and mental gymnastics. I went with a 22 ton Ariens, weight reviews and brand being the deciding factors.
    Only once did I come across something that scared me. Large white swamp oak crotch that basically stopped it in its tracks. I stopped it and beat it loose with a sledge. Still believe it would not have ended well. More of a feeling than knowing for fact. No buyers remorse but I would love more power just because.
