2020-2021 First firewood foray finally finished

    Pics are a little deceiving, but it is still a small stove. Probably 32" north/south and about 13 east/west, but I loaded it up with 6 logs today, got temp up to 500 and it held steady there with vents around 3.5 turns open. I'm super happy with it so far, wood has been burning with no smoke except for initial startup and just as new logs catch.

    I will need to start a firewood adventures thread here soon as I found myself absent-mindedly scrolling through Craigslist... :whistle:

    That actually is a pretty good sized stove you have. It’s bigger than I thought. We had a similar style stove in the little house I grew up in - but it wasn’t nearly as big as yours. I don’t know who made it. But it worked like a champ. I’ll bet yours heats like a banshee!
