one log was bad enough I brought it into the state forest. I have an exchange program. I bring them one I take a nicer one home Some may consider that unscrupulous but it’s only a 20 acre section that was mine not too long ago. Forced to sell by an unscrupulous attorney in my family. The rest of the forest I leave alone. Another was bad enough I split it onto the ground and picked out a few good pieces. The rest goes in the burn pile. They were all gypsy kill in 2018. A few were taken just to get them out of the way. Some more were taken just to test the new arm I built for the trailer. Bent the original being stupid on the last load. Had to go back and try it out on some that I had left behind. All things considered it lasted better than I thought it would.
Looking forward to getting some fresher stuff We just hit a midwinter mud season,,,bad. Gotta shut down for a bit.
