20 ft trailer decking

    That's how my brother did the new deck on his trailer recently...slick.
    Those are just fender washers...can usually buy those in several different OD's (and thicknesses) for each bolt size. At work we buy those in SS by the 100ct. bag from Fastenal

    Fastenal had them last time I needed them 3/8 carriage bolts I get the grade 5 carriage bolts most trailer suppliers have them also maybe E trailer or redneck trailer supply JB

    Just made the deck washers simple . 3x1 inch steel with a 5/16 clearance hold . Yes need to make 375 of them . I might even put a 45 degree bend on the one end .I will send a picture .. hope it can save others from paying buck a piece for deck washer/ clip..
    I might even dip them in some paint if I have extra time . Thanks for all the replys and info us wood hoarders need stay on top this stuff .
