    Now that you mention it, I think My membership number is also off. Seems to me, it was less than 700 when I had joined.

    As far as the wood fired toaster goes, back in the early 80's, a former boss had a wood stove that was always fired up during lunch break. About the only place with heat because we would all rush up there to get a seat and warm up a bit! Anyhoo, we used to lay our sandwiches right on the plate steel of the stove top...worked great!...just don't walk away.

    Love this place, ain't much for crowds, but I don't feel crowded even with 1600 members.
    Mods and administrators are doing a top shelf job with coordination, supervision, upgrades and maintenance.
