It has an adjustable oiler on it. So if it's already turned all the way down? Then I wouldn't worry. I fill both tanks up and normally run almost a tank for a tank. To much oil isn't a bad thing. Just makes the saw look a little more "gunkier" because more saw dust/chips stick to the extra oil.
Ok... Yea, I fill both at the same time too, just as easy anyways. I guess, I'll go check the other saws out and see where they are set. Thanks.
Flip the saw upside down and see if you can turn it down a notch. With a 20" you could probably run on the low or mid setting.
I wouldn't back that oiler off if you run out of fuel before oil and it's not making a mess out of the saw.
Never had a saw empty the oil before fuel. My ms390 doesnt even maxed out nor does the 650. The 372xp comes close to using a tank per tank of fuel bit not all of it. The 011 is pretty close but still has oil in it. The earthquakes dont even do it and those things oil like crazy. Well I am not running g those pegged open either. May have to boost it to see what it does??
Well I'll back that opinion up, she's definetly a runner... and I'm going to guess she'll only get better the more gas I send through her. She cant have too much run time on her.
She will get stronger. And will give you good service for many years to come. Its a good feeling in having a saw that you really like - fit finish power handling etc... I'm glad you found yours. Hopefully we can gtg at a gtg sometime.

But I may change it a Husq? This is one mean machine!! The bar I got from a member at the FHC GTG. I ordered a new bar for it (20") but realized that the 16" I got from the member would fit it. I may go Orange
