    Another question for you. How much louder will it make the saw? Will carb need readjustment after?

    I’ve not met a “quiet” 460 yet and yes, you will need to re-tune.

    You won't regret that mod Brad. My old 046 is a vicious saw with the exhaust opened up. Yes ear protection is required!
