Just make sure their emails don't go straight to the junk file...mine tries that a couple times/year...I'm constantly rummaging around in there...
Get on their email list, they send a list of specials at least once a week, sometimes more...the best deals are often limited quantities and sell...

Selling outright is usually less than trade in, but things have been a lil squirrely since 2020, so it seems some dealers were desperate for used...
I highly doubt she'll get that much selling to the dealer...sell it outright and she'll get a lot more. Could try one of those online buying...
