Fantastic pics! Thanks for sharing them. Man that's a lot of wood right there in one tree. Did you count the rings?
Yeah that sounds like too much weight for a lawnmower. The tractor forks can still do the job though when loaded. It's nice that they have a top too.
I think the fire bug is in a lot of us. I played with matches when I was a kid and also got my azz whupped for playing with lighter fluid....
Lots of uglies but sometimes that's the end result when you do something that has to be done. Nice setup for that.
For the first time ever I've had a fire every single month this year so far. I kid you not. This has been an unusually cool and wet year here.
My wife has a fire going right now in the fire bowl outside. I just came in from out there, starting to get cool.
Now I'm done! Changed the oil in the splitter and blew it off with the air. Ran the carb dry with the fuel shut off and put 'er away. Man, I sure...
That ugly pile is maxed out for height. I'm surprised it's still standing.
It took me a day longer than the three weeks I said it would but the shed is full now. Have some willow to cut and split tomorrow so I'll clean up...
Something no one will say at Hugh Hefners funeral... "He's in a better place now".
Not sure HDRock. The main section is 12'x16' and the far end section is 12'x8'. I can get seven full rows in it piled right up in between the roof...
Near the end now. I'll have to clear out that spot in the barn where I had some wood stored a few years ago for the rest of the pile. Still have...
Love the transparent bar! Is that made of transparent aluminum?
Actually I have. Been down on both knees too for the same reason. Sometimes the bending over becomes too much.
Hotter than hell cutting and splitting today. Lots of breaks for a smoke and cold Pepsi. Got up to 92 F this afternoon.
Early Christmas for you too! Free and delivered, you just can't go wrong with that.
Just a solar ornament the wife had around. I really should put a new rechargeable battery in it. Your lighting is nice. Could do a lot of thing in...
Yeah, these poplars like to get an early start on leaf dropping. It's hard to locate the end of the hose after sitting on the ground for a day.
For the rare occasion when I need to do that I just put it in the bucket. When the bucket is full of wood I put it on top of the wood.
Does this apply to all major chainsaw brands or just some of them? The hole that is.
