026 is a nice saw, I had a 260 for a couple years which was eventually ported.....only con I can think of is, it is not a 346.

RM is semi chisel and should keep its edge better in dirty wood....... it will still rip through softwoods. Congrats on the new saw, great choice...

Have you run a 2186/385? How does it compare to the 2188/390? I read somewhere the 385 was a stronger stock saw.

Yep..... it will change its whole attitude if you let it breath. IIRC that muffler is a good one for the "fish gills".
